For every package of "Building Dreams" holiday cards sold,
$5 goes into the Salvation Army/Pinup Angels fund raiser pot.
On November 22th, all funds collected will be split between these
two wonderful organizations to help fund the Salvation Army's
many holiday programs, and the Pinup Angels' care packages
being sent to U.S. troops stationed overseas.

The cards are sold in packs of 20 for $15.
They are printed on semi-gloss card stock and measure 5" x 7".

Please complete the form below with your name, email address, the number
of packages (not individual cards) you would like to order, the country your
order will be shipped to and, if you were referred to this fund raiser by a friend,
please let us know who sent you.

We will email you an invoice with any applicable shipping charges included.  
Shipping is FREE within the United States.
To Canada, $1 for the first package and .50 for each additional package.
To Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia,
$3 for the first package and .90 for each additional package.
To ensure that we get our order to the printer
in time to ship your order by December 1,
